Christmas social get together and food drive

PLEASE JOIN US- December 10

This year the CITPA will be replacing its traditional Christmas luncheon with a more  casual social event which offers the members and non members community to ask questions regarding the CITPA and their interactions with SSC, current activity as well as recent relevant meetings between the CITPA and SSC. Our invitation will also be given to our SSC past speakers and supporters.

We will be also changing our previous years regular use of door prizes that would have been provided by our sponsors. Again thank you to all of our sponsors for supporting the annual Christmas party. This year instead we are asking that our sponsors, members and non members  help us to reach an important goal. Instead of giving out door prizes we hope to give back to our local Ottawa community, the Centretown Emergency food Centre.  During December the food centre will incur a cost of about $1800.00 to provide fresh produce to its clients. The CITPA is looking to hopefully cover this cost for them. We will also be looking for Non perishable food donations during the month of December to again help support the food centre. These items can be brought to our December event and for larger donations we can arrange a pick up by e-mailing Janet at –

To date we have raised  $110.00 dollars at our November event.

We can take monetary donations by credit card at any time, as well as checks, credit card or cash at the December event. To make a donation or to arrange non perishable pick up please e-mail citpa@citpa .ca
